Mortgage service
If you are a borrower, please know there is much more to mortgage service than quoting rates, filling out forms, and getting your approval. The mortgage process is complicated, and mistakes can be costly. A mortgage is not just a loan - it's your life! I am not like any loan officer. As your Mortgage Banker I make sure that you get financing that suits your goals and objectives - both initially and over time. I make sure that you have the lowest cost of borrowing, and that you are well-positioned to act on your future plans. I have virtually every conceivable loan program available, including FHA, Conventional, VA, USDA, Jumbo and VA, conventional, jumbo and super jumbo and others. I am a Mortgage Banker (what is a Mortgage Banker?), so my help doesn't cost anything. Why limit yourself by dealing with an application-taker at a bank if expert help is available for free?
Credit
The better the score, the better the loan (rate). If you need credit repair, or you if you can benefit from a modest improvement - I will help you improve your scores. It can take up to 6 months, but you'll be surprised what we can accomplish in just a matter of days. Information.
Mortgage Ready
We can't start with this early enough! No matter how well-qualified you are, we need to prepare to make sure the loan process will be smooth, and approval is obtained quickly. I like to "stack the cards in your favor" so that I can best advocate your loan and get the best possible terms for you. We do this by structuring the loan properly and perfecting your credit and the documentation upfront. This can be relatively simple, but sometimes significant preparation is needed. Information
Interest rate The rates you see posted everywhere are the best rates available, usually (not always) for a 30-day rate lock. That does not mean they would apply to your situation. Your rate will depend on many factors, which can include: credit score, credit profile, property type, location, loan to value ratio, purpose (purchase, rate/term refinance, cash-out refinance), occupancy (owner, 2nd home, investment), loan program, type of loan, when you lock the rate, how long you will lock the rate for, and other factors. On the top right of this webpage you will see the Freddie Mac reported current national average rates, which I can always beat if there are no issues. Also please note that my compensation does not depend on the rate I offer you.
The process
My team and I are used to "quarter-backing" for you, from beginning to end. Once you are Mortgage Ready and the loan application is initiated you will be assigned a dedicated support person who will make sure you will have a smooth closing. I also take personal responsibility for any problems that may arise. As you will find out, I offer much more than mortgage loans.
