Loan Modification Affiliate Program


Short sale or loan modification?
Go for both! Loan modification services is a bit of a misnomer. It is really "foreclosure prevention and risk mitigation" Part of the service is negotiating the short sale option with lenders. You can concentrate on the sale, we lay the groundwork for the short sale. If it ends up being a loan modification only, you still earn a referral fee! These are the steps:

1. Intake and Review
We take the application and review the file to determine if it makes sense to pursue loan modification. There is no charge for the file intake and initial review, which typically takes 24-48 hours.

2. Negotiations
If a solution appears feasible, and the applicant wants to proceed, the service agreement is signed, and our team goes to work. At that time the $595 processing fee is paid ($695 for 2 loans), and we send you a $100 (first) referral fee

3. Solution
When we are succesful in negotiating one or more financially favorable options for the client the Success Fee is paid at which time we send you a 30% (second) referral fee, which will in most cases amount to $900.


How the referral program works

  • Register for the program (no obligations of course)
  • Qualify prospects: "Any situation that prevents a refinance, and there must be real hardship".
  • Contact prospects to discuss. Go here for LM information.
  • If there is interest, register the prospect. We take care of the rest.
  • You will be copied on all correspondance between myself and your clients (if they consent).
  • You will receive payments by cheque, made out to you personally, or any party you designate.




Some FAQS

Why not go direct?
Popular wisdom is that you don't need professional help for a loan modification and that you can go to your lender(s) directly. Really bad idea! The experience most people have is that it is a long and frustrating process with an uncertain outcome. Lenders tend to offer the least they can get away with. We know what they "will take" and how to get the best deal for the borrower, the lender will offer the best deal for the lender!

Can LM be done for investment property?
Yes, it can be a home, investment, even commercial property

What if the property is for sale?
Loan Modification is just an additional strategy to solve the problem. If the property sells, the client will only have lost the non-refundable processing fee.

Is our business relationship subject to regulation?
No, and you get paid personally.

Can I refer myself?
Yes, you can. In that case we will reduce the success fee accordingly.

What if I don't want to get paid?
In that case we will reduce the success fee accordingly. Please advise at time of registering the referral.
