Let's do the math... Our experience is a conversion rate of 5-10%, and approximately 50% of prospects buying within 12 months. Below is a projection of what can be accomplished with 10 new prospects added monthly. (Results vary, obviously - and the projection below is conservative). Need more sales? You need to believe in the concept the way I do, be internet/email active, and interested in growing your business - our business. We need to be able to work together, and support each other.
This is not just another business tool, but a different way of doing business! The first thing you will do every day is log in to see who looked at which properties, respond to inquiries and requests for showings, etc. You will also be encouraged by increasing activity levels, ability to deliver high quality support to home buyers. This will allow you to focus on mortgage ready prospects who are ready to buy/sell!
