90-day credit makeover process
The 90-day makeover is the most fundamental component of credit repair and the overall credit improvement process. By removing old and inaccurate derogatory items your credit report will be cleansed of the "boat anchors" that represent a perpetual deduction of your scores.
The process is simple, yet effective. We can successfully dispute items in a manner provided for by law because they are inaccurate, or because creditors do not respond due to many possible reasons like: the right to enforce has lapsed, records cannot be located, even outright unwillingness...
A dedicated representative is assigned to assist you. A first round of dispute letters is created, and you will be given a username and password to sign on to the credit repair system. You will then download, print, and sign your letters, and mail them.
Once the letters have been mailed out, you can relax and collect the responses. The bureaus and creditors have a 30-day deadline to respond. About one month after your mail-out date, your assigned representative will contact you with a reminder that it is time to mail in all the responses you have received for our review and next step.
The above process will be repeated with a 2nd and 3rd round of letters, with custom letters re-disputing those negative items which remain on your credit report - until a satisfactory conclusion has been achieved.
The 4th round of letters is much the same, except that this final round is mailed out certified mail to the Federal Trade Commission for enforcement.
The process is not perfect, nor does it need to be. In the initial analysis we will have indicated the likelyhood of success (removal) for each item on your credit report. The cumulative effect of the corrections will provide you/us with a significant step towards getting you Mortgage Ready!
